- Methods: UPS Ground service is Avaline’s preferred method for shipping. Expedited overnight, 2-day, and 3-day service available for an additional cost. FedEx and USPS are also available.
- Rush Service: Available at an extra charge. Contact Avaline prior to placement of order to obtain ship date. Rush services may also require expedited shipping methods that will be billed accordingly.
- Addresses: Complete addresses must contain name, street addresses, apartment or suite numbers, city, state and correct zip code. Please also indicate whether an address is residential. UPS and Federal Express will not deliver to P.O. boxes and will not accept addresses without correct zip code. The cost for address corrections is $10.00 (Z) per package and these will be billed to the distributor. Avaline cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by insufficient addresses. Credit is not provided for shipments that are returned because of inadequate or inaccurate information. These items will be either reshipped or donated to charity.
- C.O.D. Shipments: Available for an additional service fee
- Third party billing: Please add $4.00 (V) per carton for handling costs.
- International Shipments: Please contact Avaline Customer Service with the specific item and shipping requirements for international addresses, APO or FPO addresses or U.S. territories. Avaline will send an “International Shipping Information Sheet” which will need to be completed and returned at least 24 hours pricr to shipment so that the correct arrangements can be made for transportation and customs information. One set of international shipping documents will be completed at no charge. Additional international shipping documents will be charged at $15.00 (V) per location.
- Shipping Weights: Shipping weights are determined by total weight of parcels. Some of our products will ship using Dimensional Weight based on the carrier’s regulations. Freight charges will be billed based on dimensional weight where applicable.
- Shipping Dates: Please indicate desired ship date and allow for sufficient transit time from origin location noted in Catalog or on website.
- Split Shipments (multiple ship dates): Separate Excel file is necessary.
- Bills of Lading: For shipments via carriers that require a bill of lading or airbills, Avaline will prepare one bill at no charge and additional bills at $6.25 (V) each.
- Individual Drop Shipping: It is our pleasure to drop ship to multiple locations. The cost for this service is $5.00 (V) per address plus shipping charges for shipment via UPS, FedEx and DHL. Shipping via U.S. Postal Service is not available. These charges are in addition to standard shipping charges.
ADDRESSES
Please verify all addresses for accuracy. We cannot deliver to addresses with incorrect zip codes. It is our pleasure to guarantee our products, but we cannot guarantee shipments lost, returned or delayed because of inaccurate or incomplete shipping information. Reshipping will incur the original shipping charge plus the reshipping charges.
CORRECT FORMAT FOR ELECTRONIC MAILING LISTS
General Requirements
- Click here to download a preformatted Excel spreadsheet. Excel template provided by Avaline must be used. Other spreadsheets cannot be accepted.
- Please provide only one shipping list per order.
- All lists that are not formatted correctly cannot be processed and will be returned for correction.
Either Name or Company may be blank, but not both. Address 2 may be blank. If the item is not the same for all addresses, the “Item” field must be included. If the quantity per address varies, the “Quantity” field must be included. If the item is being sent to an individual within a company, Avaline cannot guarantee delivery unless the company name is included. Lists containing more than one recipient per address will be treated as a single order. If your intention is to have the same gift sent to multiple people, please list their names and addresses separately.
