	RECOGNIZING TEACHERS We all have one -a favorite. One that has either inspired us, enlightened us, straightened us out, or was just plain fun to look at. Dan, our sales rep’s favorite was Miss Hanna, eighth grade, because her love for Star Trek was only surpassed by his own. Mine was Mrs. Murphy, sixth grade, who, believe it or not, taught us the Dewey decimal system using a “godfather” analogy. Unforgettable. It is teachers like these that shape the minds of our children daily and play a crucial role in their development. They are required to continually nurture young minds, while promoting self discipline and individuality, many times under less than perfect circumstances. Where would we be without them?
