HOTELS AND CONFERENCES – MAKE IT COUNT

A pad and pen.  An amenity that a hotel always makes available whether by the phone in your room or at your seat in their conference and seminar facilities.  Why not suggest punching up the complimentary gift with these simple, sleek and sturdy note pads (#PB515)?  Unlike the white terry cloth robe, the translucent polypropylene pad holder will be an amenity the hotels won't mind see stroll out the lobby door.  And unlike the flimsy pads, these pad holders are colorful and functional and they’ll be used again at meetings, offices, sales calls and at home with the hotels name "traveling" everywhere.

ATTENTION GRABBER

Use pins to grab a customer’s or client’s attention.  Have them ask questions about the pin, it presents the perfect opportunity to make a sales pitch, when the customer actually wants the information!  For instance, the big bright carrot to the left was used by hotel employees in Las Vegas.  They wore it to promote a show that was being featured at the same hotel.  With only a bright orange carrot on their dark lapels, it was curious and guests asked why they were wearing it.  At that point, the employee gave the guest all the information on the show: times, ticket prices, availability.  The show was consistently sold out because of this one-on-one advertising.
